Quality Lacking

I really had high hopes for these napkins. They’re terribly stiff and scratchy, even after washing them twice with softener. The gold on one napkin is completely faded, and there’s a black mark on another one. My fault for ordering so close to Christmas, so I opted not to return them. Luckily I have two sets so I’ll have enough despite two being unusable. Not at all worth what I paid for them.
