never fails to impress

The glass ornament was very well packed and in a radko box for gifting. In was in perfect condition as with all radios had glitter and beautiful full bright colors. I would highly recommend especially as a keepsake gift

Damaged ornament

This order was sent to me already damaged. I tried to chafe with an online customer service rep, but was messaged that “nobody was available.” I tried calling customer service line, but was on hold for an extended period of time.
