One glass broken upon delivery

This set contains 16 glasses. One arrived broken. The packaging was not sufficient. I tried to contact customer service about it, but I could not find a phone number. I tried to chat, but the chatbot didn't understand. In the end I had to return the entire set. I would have been willing to have a pro-rated refund for the 1 glass and keep the rest of the set, but lack of customer service required that I return the entire set to Macys.

Good enough…

These glasses are sturdy and a good quality. They are very plain and look cheap beside my beautiful Mikasa everyday dishes. Small glasses cannot be stacked because glass sticks together. Serve their purpose but nothing special about these.

Confusing Product Listing

This product listing is inconsistent and confusing. The pictures show 2 different size glasses and the product title states "Set of 16". However the product description states "Set of 8" and only lists dimensions for one glass size, not 2. Which is it?

Great set of glasses for everyday use!

We needed new drinking glasses for our house. The set we got from Macy’s are great for everyday use. Cleans good in the dishwasher.
