Great saucepan

Great saucepan lighter weight than the other pan I purchased. Love the straining feature. Shame it was not the same weight and quality as the other pan I purchased at the same time. I probably use it more as it has the straining feature though conductivity and weight not a per as the other pan.

A1 Scratch Defense Fry Pans OK

These fry pans have heft an quality construction I expected, but I had reservations about the scratch defense non-stick coating. The rippled nature of the design had me concerned that food would stick in the grooves; unfortunately this has turned out to be true. When we cook eggs there is a bunch of residue in the grooves. It cleans out easy enough, but that means I am losing a bit of my food to the pan. It is more cleanup than it should be for a brand new non-stick pan, especially for the price I paid. I regret not buying something with a smooth finish.

This is a great pan

I cook stuff in this that normally Sticks no matter what you use and you end up having to stand here to sink soak it for a while scrub on it soak it for a while but this thing you take it over there you run water in it you take your sponge swish it around in there you know scrub it a little bit and it's clean
