Perfect for a large turkey
The pan itself has nicely curved corners that helps with an easier clean-up. The deepness of the pan helps hold any juices from spilling over. The handles are big enough to use oven mitts to lift and carry comfortably. The rack is awesome. It lifts out of the pan with ease. The locking rod stays in place until it is put in the release position. The rod pulls out with ease and allows for easy removal of the side pieces. Clean-up is a breeze with the nonstick coating. This is a nice roasting pan to have in my cooking pan collection. I would definitely give one as a gift if the opportunity comes up.

Sturdy roasting pan
Seems like a very sturdy, well crafted pan, and I love the easy serve rack, and can't wait to use it. However the instructions aren't very clear as to cleaning. It's dishwasher safe, but you can't use dishwasher cleaning detergent/tablets/pods, because the detergent is too strong for the pan and will break down the non stick surface. Why can't it just be said that it's not dishwasher safe then if it can't handle dishwasher soap? They recommend that you handwash it the first time, and it is oven safe up to 450° degrees F. This is a pretty good size pan, but I don't know, especially with the metal easy serve rack, if I'm going to want to hand wash this every time. It should be completely dishwasher safe and be able to be cleaned by Cascade pods. Also, not that I would ever put the oven on higher than 450° F, but it should be able to withstand high temperatures, without specifying a particular oven temp. Just my personal opinion.

Almost perfect.
Only negative is the manufacturer’s written warning not to use on the stovetop which means no easy gravy or sauces from roasting. Nice and deep which will make it perfect for those dishes requiring a Bain Marie.
