Useful Item, Rough Clean Up.

We roasted a turkey in the pan for Thanksgiving. It held an 11lb turkey nicely and was easy to remove with the holder being able to come apart. The problem we're having with it now is trying to get the turkey smell out of it. We originally put it in the dishwasher, then we ended up soaking it, and finally yesterday we coated it in baking soda and that seemed to work. I never had a pan do that before. It's worth buying though when it was on sale.

Very disappointed

I have had this roasting pan for a 5 years and it gets two times, at most, each year. Never with any metal utensils. It was great until this year. The non stick coating is lifting and peeling. It is going in the trash. For the amount of money this cost I would expect it to last longer than 10 uses.

Nice size and quality roasting pan

Received promptly. Haven’t used yet but purchased based on company reputation and customer reviews. Looks like a nice sturdy pan and like the way rack can be detached for easier storage

Perfect for a large turkey

The pan itself has nicely curved corners that helps with an easier clean-up. The deepness of the pan helps hold any juices from spilling over. The handles are big enough to use oven mitts to lift and carry comfortably. The rack is awesome. It lifts out of the pan with ease. The locking rod stays in place until it is put in the release position. The rod pulls out with ease and allows for easy removal of the side pieces. Clean-up is a breeze with the nonstick coating. This is a nice roasting pan to have in my cooking pan collection. I would definitely give one as a gift if the opportunity comes up.
