Buyer Beware Terrible Service

So over the past few years I have purchased 3 watches from Macy’s online. I just found out Macy’s does not provide a warranty they send you to the vendor who supplied the Watch. When you buy eggs at the market, and they are bad. Do they send you to the farmer? The Watches are great, but the service from Macy’s is terrible.
