Great watch, Citizens are well made

Fast shipping received order within 2 days, great responds to sales order. I will shop at Macy's in the future. The only reason for a two-star review is I think this item was probably returned by another customer because the watch bands holes had skin grime in them. It was nothing rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip couldn't clean off. Your staff should give returns a better check-over. Great watch, wear it daily.

A Wonderful Promaster Diver Except for the Band

These Citizen Promaster eco-drive dive watches, in all their versions, are just really first-rate. The only complaint I have with them is the band. It’s well-designed, but it is horribly stiff. It does not get more flexible with wearing. I’ve had to get a replacement silicone band for another one of these watches and probably will get one for this one. This is a bit strange because the Citizen Promaster automatics have very nice silicone bands.

I absolutely love this watch. I was originally concerned about the possibility of the watch being too big for my medium sized wrist. It fits perfectly. It is a quality watch and I love it. I have worn it everyday since I received it. It is comfortable and keeps really good time.

Got the watch as a Father’s Day gift from my kids. Fell in love with the watch immediately. The combination of colors, Citizen’s craftsmanship is impeccable. Took it already diving, fishing and on a business trip, and got nothing but compliments on the watch. I don’t have to tell you about functionality since it’s a Citizen’s watch.
