Great watch

I bought this for myself and really love this watch. The lume at night is very good, and I love that the time stays set automagically. I did have an issue where the hand that displays charge remaining/day got off by about 15 degrees, but I took it back to my local Macys and the helpful gentleman at the counter fixed it and showed me how to test the neutral position and make an adjustment if a hand gets off like it did. Love the blue hands. Very satisfied.

Great Watch

Amazing watch! Bought this about a year ago and I have not one complete. It is capable to be worn with a suit or a nice day in shorts and a tee shirt. I can't wait to get another one!

Beautiful but serious flaw

This watch looks gorgeous. However, it has a serious problem - when the watch is not exposed to light for a week or so, it needs to be reset. (We had it in a watch box with a glass top near a window, but apparently that wasn't enough.) We looked up the resetting instructions online and they didn't work, so my husband called the customer service number. He has now been on the phone for more than an hour with a Citizen rep (who has an attitude), turning the various knobs on the watch hundreds of times to change all of the dials. And the thing is still not reset... I would seriously advise against buying this watch. I can't believe that someone designed it this way.

Just bought this watch as a gift to myself and I am so happy I made this purchase looks alot better in person orginally wanted a bulova watch until I check out this citizens watch the band looks great overall this watch is perfect I cant stop looking at it.

Awesome Watch

I bought this watch for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. It has all the functionality he wanted and looks great. It goes well with his style of casual comfort but can also pair well with a little more formal dress. The reflective hands were the icing on the cake.
