Great watch but poor Macys

The watch itself is fantastic. But I'm very disappointed with Macys. A) There are some scuffs and scratches on bezel and bracelet. B) No warranty & instruction. C) Just citizen box. Not original citizen signature box. Well I guess this is a "returned item".

Very nice watch but...

I just received this watch and it is a very nice looking watch, but I don't know if Macy's used a 3rd party for my order or if I received a display model because I did not receive any sort of instructions booklet or any other documentation such as warranty or registration card. Even the box looks different than the one's I've seen in videos. I'll try my local Macy's and see if they can be of any help. Nonetheless, as stated above the watch is very nice.

My Favorite Watch

I've owned this watch for over a year and it is extremely accurate. Mine runs slightly fast gaining only 15 seconds in a year. It is a little heavy for its size but it is a quality build that rivals far more expensive watches, that houses a chronograph, 2nd time zone, perpetual calendar and alarm. The anti glare crystal is a greatly underrated feature making the dark face of the watch extremely easy to read; no more reflections. Best of all it's an EcoDrive, so it is powered by light making this perpetual calendar watch truly perpetual.
