Poor quality

Stone fell out within 3 days of use. Although this looked nice at first clearly was a cheaply made piece. Bought on sale but would be livid if I purchased at normal price. Do not trust/buy macy's jewelry, this is the second piece I've had that has broken within a week of receiving it.
