Fabric doesn't lay on hip area correctly

This dress would have been fine if they actually stitched the fabric around hip area correctly. They stitched the fabric so it's sort of bunched up on the sides and the result makes your hips look way wider than than they are because the fabric doesn't lay nicely. It looked ridiculous. Terrible quality control.
