Formal Chiffon Cropped Blazer

This CC brazer is perfect to wear with sleeveless dresses or tops. With sheer chiffon sleeves in my opinion also cropped with rolled cuffs,and lightly padded shoulders, and description says Relaxed Fit? Well LOOK OUT NOT SO, cropped hemline, awesome fit true to size in 16. It does run small.
