Disappointed in lack of service

Never tried this dress on since I ordered a 14 but an XS was sent. No idea if I would have liked it and when I started the return process, I was told I wouldn’t get my shipping fee returned. This error was not mine. My order confirmation clearly shows I ordered a 14, yet the packing slip and dress both said XS. I don’t believe I should have to eat the shipping cost…which I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place. Customer service was poor and didn’t offer any options to try to make this right.
