Navy not Black

On City Chic’s website, you can clearly see the dress is navy and not black. With that being said, the dress is lovely, I’ll be wearing it with the attachable straps. I love the corset boning. The pink flowers really pop against the navy background! The dress is also very well made but, then again I didn’t expect anything less from City Chic!!!!! Peace
