On average, customers rate the Runs small/runs large of this item as Runs small.

Cute coat but order one size up

Cute but runs small. I had to return mine and unfortunately Macy's did not have any left one size up. Also, you can't tighten the hood. I live in a very cold city (in the winter). We need to secure hoods around our faces to make sure wind/snow/rain doesn't get in so for that reason, sorry but I can't recommend it.
