The dress is dirty and very bad condition.

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dress arrived in a dirty and unacceptable condition—it looked worn, had stains, and didn’t feel new or clean. This is not what I expected at all based on the product photos and description. I’m very unhappy with the quality and the lack of care in packaging. I would not recommend ordering this dress, especially given its high cost. It is a waste of time.

Dress is beautiful but arrived damaged

The dress itself is beautiful, it was for my daughter’s prom. It arrived a day before prom damaged.. bra wire ripped out snags all over the gown and makeup stains. I wished they would have not sent out a damaged dress so we would of have time to get another dress, customer service was not that great. Dress was returned.

Looks expensive

Fits like a glove. I like that it’s stretchy and hugs your body. Very elegant for the price. Will say that it does leave glitter literally everywhere but it’s worth it.

Horrible experience

Arrived dirty , I thought when ordering online you were getting a clean clothes items. Not to mention I tried on the same dress at the store . It was dirty so I decided to buy it online instead . Couple days later I received the dress and it was the same EXACT DRESS I hide try in the store. They shipped me the dress that I told them was dirty . I return it the same day I received it . No apology, they wouldn’t even get a manager for me . They said the manager was at “lunch”. Will never buy from Macy again !

Dirty dress

I fell in love with this dress when I tried it on over the weekend to my surprise it was very dirty . I decided to order one online and have it delivered to my home. When I received it guess what ? It was the same exact dress I had tried on over the weekend. I had to return it the same day it was delivered. Once I told the associate what happen they didn’t care . No apologies , nothing . Will never be buying from Macy’s again since they don’t care !
