Smelly

Strong musty odor. Disappointing & will be returning

Smelly Dress

I was sent a dress that was clearly worn by someone previously (it did have a strong odor in the under arm area), and the seam was all ripped. I asked for overnight shipping since I needed the dress for the following day, but customer service didn’t provide valid solutions. I spoke to 3 people and one agent pretended to connect me to a supervisor, but connected me to another agent. Very disappointed and left without a dress for my event.
