City Studios Juniors Ruched Sleeveless Bodycon

You sent me the wrong size (Extra Small) but I ordered Small for City Studios Juniors Ruched Sleeveless Bodycon Dress. Too tight and can't zip up. I'm only 5'2 102 lbs. I had returned it the same day I received it and still no refund???
