Nice but a bit flimsy

I don't mind that the accessories are plastic, but they very light weight. I prefer some heft and weight to everyday bathroom accessories. Also I saw no care instructions. Seeing how flimsy they are, I don't think they'd survive the dishwater's upper rack.

Never received my package after months

I ordered this package for my mother back in December for Christmas. I ordered it along with a bunch of other items . I received everything except for this item here . For months I got a pending tracking number and today I check after forgetting for a while and it says it was delivered . I’d like a refund . I never received the item . This is unacceptable
