Unhappy camper!

I was very disappointed in the packaging and the quality of these rugs. They came folded, so there were hard creases in all of the pieces. They should've been rolled. They were soft, however the pile wasn't smooth and consistent. The color was the perfect shade of gray.

Bathroom mats

My box was received without a packing slip. So, if I wanted to return I have to drive over three hours . The product is very nice and foamy. Nice on your feet. But I’m a stickler for receipts!
