Not the same as total eye hydrate

I bought this thinking it was total eye hydrate which I'd had as a sample. It was nice and cooling but nothing like as good as total eye hydrate for hydrating. What's happened to total eye hydrate? It was perfect for me. Are you meant to use this with another eye cream? Can you suggest a replacement please?

Might depuff, but does nothing for eye bags

This might help with general de-puffing of the eye area, but it will not correct or reduce eye bags.
