WEIRD-the consistency is like a thick paste, you lose half the blob when mixing with water to get something to wash with and it’s extremely difficult to get out of the tube. I almost returned it because I thought it had expired/gone bad. Bring back the gentle cleanser PLEASE

Best face wash even though new formula it works well still miss the old but it works

I love this cleanser. I have sensitive skin and this cleanser does the job without leaving my skin feeling dry and tight.

The product itself feels like it cleanses the skin well - and it’s a nice, foamy texture when you pump it. But, the smell is over the top, like a cheap cologne, so I had to give it 3 stars. I’m normally a fan of a Clarins products and their scents, so not sure what went awry with this one.
