Wish I could give this NO STARS

This product arrived with a defective pump. Out of the box it just didn't work (and I've used the product before so I know how to work it). I contacted Macy's customer service to return the defective product and obtain a replacement, but they said that since the product was just out of the 30-day return window (I didn't need it immediately) I could not get it replaced. Of course, I understand having a policy with regard to returns that are merely a matter of the consumer's discretion, but this is a different case. The vendor has given me a product that is defective. The vendor has an obligation to provide a usable product that goes beyond a 30-day policy. And I'm more than willing to send them the product so they can see that it is full, unused, and defective. Anyway, I contacted customer service, and they were no help. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor and then...nothing. I am very disappointed in Macy's; won't shop there anymore.

Younger Looking Eyes including Lifting the Eye Lid

Glad to see Clarins coming up with a product that includes lifting the eye lid. I have been using it for a few weeks and my eyes look younger. It is nice that a refill is available for this product, so I just ordered a refill.

Purchased 2 & 1 doesn’t work.

I recently purchased 2 Total Eye Lift Creams and one was empty. It has a cartridge inside but when I pump it, nothing comes out. 😞

New and actually improved eye lift!

I'm a long time Clarins customer (more than 30 years!). Decided to try the new eye lift and see if it really was better than the old formula. It really was! I could actually see the bags under my eyes shrink. At my age every little bit helps. Give it a go and see what you think.

I love this!

I started using Total eye lift cream about a month ago. I started to see results right away. Not only did it help to smooth out my fine lines and wrinkles under my eyes, but it left the area so soft and hydrated. It works great under my make up. I will definitely keep this product in my daily skin care routine.
