Wonderful cleanser

I have been very happy with this cleanser and have bought several bottles of it. It lasts a long time, does a great job of cleansing the skin without drying it and smells gorgeous. It is so easy to use, particularly important when time is of the essence or when travelling as multiple bottles of cleansing and toning products are not required. Please bring it back as this lovely product is missed by so many otherwise happy Claris customers. Highly recommended.

Gutted!!!

This is my daily staple and I’m gutted to see it’s discontinued. I’ve tried many different products and settled on this as it is the best by far for my skin. I love it and judging by all the reviews I’m not alone! I can’t understand why you’re discontinuing a best seller?!

Sorry its discontinued

This was another favourite of my along with Extra Comfort Toning Lotion and this too has been discontinued and replaced with inferior product the Soothiing Toning Lotion. Please bring back customers favourites that work for their skin types. Will be going elsewhere for skincare.

So disappointed

Like other reviewers I am very disappointed that this has been discontinued. I have used it for years and it was the one product from you that I bought repeatedly. I have tried the replacement you suggest and do not like it nearly as much. I regret that you have probably lost my custom now.

This is the best Clarins product I’ve used, now I see it’s discontinued. Not a great way to generate custom, clearly not responsive to the most obvious feedback - discontinuing a best seller?

Love this cleanser

I am so disappointed that you have discontinued this cleanser. I love it so much. I have sensitive skin, which is dry in places and I have a hormonal breakouts. This is the only cleanser I can use, it never irritates or drys my skin, it leaves my face feeling clean and refreshed. Plus it smells amazing Please reconsider your decision to discontinue.

Best seller and great reviews so obv discontinue!

This WAS my favourite no fuss cleanser. In fact it WAS really the only Clarins product I returned to time and again. So what do you do? Discontinue it of course. I shall have to look elsewhere, SUCH a shame.
