for Skinny ankles - returned them

If you have a bigger ankle, like I do (9"), they look weird because the velcro on the shoe hangs out from behind the strap if you're wearing leggings or a skirt. If you are wearing pants, the leg covers the weird exposed velcro but then the velcro catches on the inside of your pant leg. I have other similar shoe by Clark's with an ankle strap and don't have this problem. Too bad because the brownish red color is really pretty.

I bought these for work. I do a lot of walking. They are great after you break them in.

I bought these in Black, size 8, and from the moment I've put them on, they were comfortable! I am so glad I ordered them! I highly recommend them!

Adorable

These shoes are so cute on and very comfortable. They don't tug at my ankle as someone suggested they might. Lots of complements. Looking forward to a lot of wear as a good quality leather shoe lasts a long time.

Cute & Comfy NYC Commuting Shoe

If it wasn't for the lack of arch support (I have a high arch), I would give this shoe 5 stars...I have a pair of Dansko Lulus, which are similar, in style, to these, but have much better arch support...But I do like the higher wedge heel of the Clarene Tide, so, I'll just buy an arch insert...I ordered an 8.5W, and they're true to size & width...Bring on the fall & opaques!!

It was not right for me

I love Clarks but this pair are uneven. The right shoe was tight while the left was just right. I dont know why so Im returning them.
