Generally very comfortable. Rubs on heel.

Oh my what a comfortable. Just like Clark's of old. Foot bed is very soft and seems to mold to your foot. The ball of the foot is a little wider than usual, but very comfortable. Cross band allows you to adjust as you wish, tighter for when you start out, and looser as the day wears on. Only down side is the back of the show rubs against your heel (another reviewer found it rubbed against her ankle) about at the Achilles Tendon. I find as a general rule, this is a Clark's problem on most shoes they make. Added a pair of spine Align inserts, and it is perfect. lifts about 1/2" and above the spot where it rubs. Plus it adds a little bit more support.
