Wrong Size and Poor Quality Shoes

The shoes arrived with the requested size label; they were marked as size 9, but the actual size matched a size 11 shoe. Poor-quality shoes with a hard, uncomfortable sole.

Shoe run big

These shoes have been redesigned with a comfortable insole but the run bigger. I suggest you get a half size smaller

It’s new so I hope it softens up a bit. There are a few pain points, especially at the crease on the front of the toe and top of your foot.

The perfect Shoes

This is the exact pair of boots I expected. They were difficult to find, then, Macy's came to mind. Low and behold, I discovered them. I should've known where to look. They're excellent, I plan to purchase other colors also.
