Issues with cross strap positioning

Good looks but not comfortable. I wear slim arch supports so order size 6(my usual) but due to the positioning of criss cross straps the shoe didn’t give good fit so went down to 5.5. Same issue with strap positioning, they need goring so there is flexibility in front foot area. Shoe got so tight with arch support that I hurt my skin & had to remove arch support. Please modify the cross strap with added goring & their placement.

Love them

I wasn't sure what size so I ordered an 8 1/2 and a 9. The 8.5 fit perfectly and I am really please I have been wearing Clarks off and on, since the late 1950's as a little girl in the UK. They still work for me.

Questionable Leather

Very difficult to find Clarks brand shoes with real looking leather. Sizing is different now and the shoe(s) look plastic and cheap. I'm so disappointed. Clarks used to be a reliable and quality brand. Have owned at least ten pairs, minimum.

LOVE These Shoes

Clark and Macy's never disappoint. It's hard to find narrow shoes but these Clark shoes from Macy's are a treasure! Cute and Comfy. You can't go wrong.
