Need to keep if you started a return

I bought there before and loved them so much I rebought. But these seemed to small when I tried them on submitted a return then realized the cardboard was still in it. Decided to keep so tried to cancel the return but no option to do that anywhere. Contacted help online, automated, txted a person and called in and none understood kept telling me to submit a return. They need to add that option without having to call in. Good news finally got across what I was asking for.

Impressed by the comfort.

These are seriously comfortable, supportive and stylish. Just like the other reviewers said, I put them on and didn't want to take them off. What a comfortable and effortless pair of shoes. I'm so impressed.

Zipper challenges

The zipper on the outside of the boot is hard to get up. If it was in the inside like most boots, it would get a higher rating.

The most comfortable and supportive booties!

When I wear it I don’t feel that I have shoes on. It’s light and supportive, made of good quality leather on nice wedges.

Style and comfort

Love the profile of the shoe, especially with a mild lift for those who don’t like heels but like height; am disappointed that there is minimal sole padding to reduce fatigue.
