Permanent water stains

These shoes are extremely comfortable and I love them. However, I walked on wet grass and it resulted in water stains that I can't get out. I wiped them off with a damp rag carefully, but it didn't help. Any advice on how to clean them without making it worse?

Size not correct

Sizing was not correct. I ordered a size 8 which usually works but these were too big. Should have ordered a 7 1/2 . Will return and hopefully be able to get a smaller size. However the comfort of the shoe is perfect.

Outstanding sandal and service

I read reviews prior to every purchase and often wish I could find a pair of shoes that others say fit them beautifully. Finally had success with this sandal. I have always worn between a 9.5-10 and these fit nicely in a 10 and I am able to make them a bit snugger with the back strap. I would like to comment on the outstanding service I received from Macys when my last delivery went astray. I continue to deal with other companies whose packages were to be delivered the same day. I do all of my shopping online and this service will have me turning to them first.
