Poor Service!

My item has yet to arrive - 12 days.... 12 days to the west coast from the east, seems a bit slow. It was 3 full days just waiting to be shipped - Macy's you can do better - come on....

Same boot; different colors; different fit

Ordered 2 pairs of the same boot but in different colors. The brown pair fit great but I had to return the navy pair because it was too large.

Not up to Clark's Standards. Very stiff leather.

Boots run very narrow and are difficult to get on. The leather is very stiff and feels like plastic - even though it's not. Boot hits in an area that rubs my ankle. Completely useless and not up to Clark's standards.

Disappointed

All the years I shopped at Macy's. this is the first time I have been so disappointed. I was so excited to receive my order finally and when I opened the box, it was the wrong color, the wrong size and the wrong brand! It had been 5 stars all these years, but I can't do it this time. Please, please double your items before you package it! Thank you!
