heels slipped

These would be great shoes if the heel didn't slip. Even though I ordered a narrow width, the heel still slipped off when I walked, so I returned them.

Order a 9W and it was huge!! Reordered a 9M way way to small !! Not sure what's up with clarks sizing or manufacturing.

Not extra wide!

I ordered thus shoes because it's says WW, means extra Wide. But when it arrived I was very disappointed! The shoes were not even close to be wide! It's a regular size! I returned it immediately. I wish they tell the truth about the sizes.

Returned - too big and not comfortable

Ordered my size, but fit was too big; had to return. Also, I was disappointed with the quality of the leather material used, since it felt very hard and uncomfortable. I always order Clarks and they always fit well, but not with this particular one...so I won't be exchanging it for a smaller size.

Clark shoes

Shoe seems comfortable although I haven't worn more than a few minutes. I do feel ad was a little confusing because I believed the shoe was smooth leather but are suede like which I did not expect.
