Clarks are great, Macy's dropped the ball

The shoes are great, but the pair that were delivered to me had scratches on the uppers and debris stuck to the sole, as though they had been previously worn and returned. The whole point of online shopping for me is convenience, and I would expect that the items sent out would reflect the same quality that Macy's provides in store.
