"Non-congruent item" tag on bottom of shoe

I usually like Clarks shoes, but the pair that was sent had a tag on the bottom that said, "Non-congruent item, 50% off". It was not in good shape, but I was charged more than the 50% discount. I am returning the shoes. They are a cute style, but besides the issue mentioned, I did not find them to be comfortable.

Nice 😊

These are really cute with the detail across the top. I bought Wide as previous experience with Clark’s” is that they run a bit narrow. The navy pair hits my toe joint and would make it hard to wear them all day. I can see the shoe stretching a bit to ease that though. I would definitely buy again the two colors I did, navy and brown/taupe.

Uncomfortable Clarks shoes

Painful flats. Looked cute online but are very uncomfortable to wear. Very disappointed especially since the shoes are Clarks brand.

Perfect flats

These shoes are cute, comfortable and versatile. They never came off of my feet, which sometimes happens with flats.

Cute but runs short!

A really cute shoe! They were very comfortable except they were too short. My toe was hitting the end of the shoe. I had to return them. I didn’t reorder because the next size up would have been too wide .
