order took 11 days to arrive from time of ordering and the shoes run small. Had to return and order next size. They say should arrive in 3 days. I hope so or they are being returned again.

Cute But Narrow

Really cute sandal and the foot bed is like a cloud. So comfortable. However, even ordering my size 9.5 and I have a very narrow foot, the top of sandal is too tight. I may have been able to make them work by wearing them constantly and they may have loosened up a bit, but I shouldn't have to wear an uncomfortable shoe hoping one day it will eventually fit, just because the shoe is cute. So sadly, having to return. I cannot size up to a 10 at the same sale price. I think it is a very poor policy to not allow exchanges for the sale price that you purchased, because some customers want to keep the item, just need a different size or color. Should not be penalized at a higher price for that.
