awful service

Did not receive all my items in my order as stated in packing receipt but was charged for them. I want to be reimbersed. Will never order from Macy's again. I can get the product easily else wear Absolutely no way to reach a person. I do not have the time to be sent from one recorded message to another. See you on facebook

Arrived unsealed!

Arrived unsealed and Macy Customer service never replied to my emails 4 times already. Horrible. How am I supposed to know it wasn't used already?
