Product still not delivered. Chat no help!

Have not received product. Spent way too much time on the chat with a representative explaining that I had received a notice from usps indicating that they couldn’t deliver my order without paying for postage due even though I had already paid for the shipping as part of my orders. I asked for them to just issue me a refund if they couldn’t deliver the product. Chat (real person after I got fed up with the AI chat) told me to wait for my order to arrive and it was it was early, when it was, in fact, 6 days after the original delivery date. Still haven’t received product! I could’ve physically crawled on my hands and knees backwards with my eyes closed, being directed by the sun on my forehead to the Macy’s two states over in the time it will probably take to get the online order actually delivered. Super annoyed.
