A little stiff
The chair they delivered is not the chair pictured on the Macy website. The stuffing pattern is different and it is not as comfortable. The one I sat in at the showroom was soft and plush. I am keeping the chair, it is stiff, I doubt it will soften up much. I did get a good sale price, if I had paid full price, would return it.
Very comfortable, looks great
Replaced a recliner and wanted to get away from problems with traditional recliner mechanism and still have a comfortable, versatile reclining chair that didn't wear out in a few years

This chair is so comfy. The only problem is keeping my eleven year old grandson out of it so I can enjoy.
Most Comfortable Chair We Have Ever Owned!
We purchased this chair as an afterthought when purchasing a new sofa and loveseat, but it has ended up being our favorite place to sit when watching TV. I never thought we would have to "fight over" who gets to sit in this chair, but that is what has happened! The leather is beautiful, the chair is well made and most of all, it is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this chair!

Awesome comfort. Lots of padding sits low. Swivels and reclines.
Cream?
It would have been fine if it were cream. But this is not cream. It’s definitely beige or taupe, much too dark to be described as cream. Definitely a disappointment doesn’t look anything like the color it advertises.
Leather Chair and Ottoman
This chair is extremely comfortable. The delivery was also excellent. The guys really took great care un-boxing the chair and ottoman, placed felt on the legs and put them in the perfect place. This was a great purchase at a great price. I also like the Ultimate Plan by Uniters. It's much improved over the plan with last years purchase.
