If I could give this couch 0 stars, I would. Multiple times, my children have had the feathers stab them and break off inside of their skin. There are hundreds of feathers all over my house every single day. I had Macy's here to look at the couch and they told me this is NORMAL manufacturing. Is this a joke? That's why this thing is discontinued. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Macy's again. How terrible that you would sell such a product and not stand behind it

We own this and the matching couch. DO NOT BUY this oversized chair. We have owned for over a year. The couch is fantastic - Comfortable and high quality. The oversized chair - Worse materials and worse cushioning. Feels like a cheap knockoff of the couch. The fabric looks similar but feels worse, the cushioning is terrible and customer support send out a technician that did nothing. It is less comfortable and the pillow back rest doesn't hold shape. We bought this to match the couch so either they have begun manufacturing these items worse or the chair is not up to the quality standards of the couch. I have waited a year to write this review in case the material would break in or anything would get better, it has not. In summary: Do not buy this chair if you actually want to sit in it - It is horrible. Do buy the couch - It is very comfortable.

All the cushions cave after using for about a month. The pillow in the back of the chair a to be fluffed every time I get up and sit ack down. I would not recommend this product.

staples came out of Ottoman underneath the front.
The furniture is wonderful. The problem I have is that after delivery the bottom on the ottoman came undone. I don't know if I can repair it easily or should go back to Macy's?....
So comfortable
So far I love my new sofa set. It's bigger than we thought but it fits our family so well. We love to sleep on our couches and this is perfect for that. We've only had it for two weeks and we had a few feathers come out but it is a down couch so we expected it. If you have children I recommend the worry no more plan. We have the lighter colored fabric and it stains easily. It was delivered with a few dirt spots and marks that didn't go away.

One cushion comfort is a plus on this jumbo/oversized chair. Three people can almost fit! It's nice not to deal with two cushions and a seam.
Go with Ainsley.
Great ottoman, going to get the chair and a half next to complete my living room group. I bought the 101" sofa almost three years ago, I have not had any problems with the feathers pushing out of the seat cushions. I would recommend Ainsley furniture and Macy*s to any one as a good buy. Well worth the money.

We bought the couch, loveseat, and oversized chair about a year and a half ago. In the store it was soft and comfortable but when it was delivered and to this day it is the worst furniture purchase we have made. Its stiff and scratchy. The seam ripped in a cushion and took them months to get out and fix it. I wish I could return or exchange these items for something different :( I feel like I was robbed and it wasnt cheap either!
