Mic doesnt work

Bought two for my kiddos for Christmas. They have an adapter to fit the xbox one controller, but the mic doesn't work on either one.

terrible mic

the mic didn’t even work when i took it out of the box. it didn’t light up, i couldn’t talk, and the sound quality was super quiet, even at full volume.

Mic stopped working

Mic stopped working after a day. Audio is alright. I only like the look of the headphones. But if it's not doing what it's supposed to, why get it?
