Poor quality in material

I purchased this suitcase in July used it for a trip and there are three rips. The material isn’t great and it was so expensive. I can’t even use the suitcase for other trips.

The Wheels Do Not Roll Well

I used this luggage for an international trip. The wheels do not roll well, whether it was on a firm or carpeted surface. For this reason, I’m not happy with this product.

Love the color and it rolls nicely.

Love the color. Lots of places to store things. Lots of zippers so it can be annoying trying to find the zipper you want to open. Rolls nicely.

Poor Quality Product

The zipper on the expandable section is kinked and does not zip close. I discovered this after I used the luggage the first time. Product was defective upon receipt. Luggage is poor quality overall. I do not recommend purchasing it.

Not worth the money. Bad zipper and did not pivot.

I now know why this is a close out. The zippers don't zip easily and it does nit roll well. I was heading out on a cruise, I packed the suitcase and rolled it on my tile. It rolled straight in, but did not turn well or pivot. I unpacked it and used another suitcase I had. I returned it.
