Horrible online experience

Macy's delivery experience is horrible. You say you have delivered a package for which I have not seen. I fear that your online service experience is the most horrible and an industry worst.

Best value for modern dining chairs

The color fabric is gray and not brown as advertised. The chair's wood structure is made of rubberwood, which is the best material for the frame and the chair is very light but solid. The seating is comfortable and not sagging.
