Macys cost me over 1000!

This chair replaced the same chair I had a warranty on. They said I couldn’t buy the warranty on the second one and the same thing happened. No one jumps up and down on the chair it receives very little wear and tear but after a year or so this one broke too worse the paddle underneath the armrest that controls the reclining position broke as well, so I lost all that money. What a shame they did nothing Macys did nothing to help me with this.

Great Buy

We love this chair. Only wish we could’ve bought the Ottoman as well. It was not available to ship to us in Florida nor could we find it anywhere to pick up. It’s a beautiful chair and super comfortable and not overly big.

Gorgeous Style & Comfort!

This chair is absolutely so very comfortable. The pebbly leather is just gorgeous & the reclining features make it a "winner"! It looks beautiful in our den/office with a floor lamp & small table nearby. It is perfect for reading, but so comfy that I have fallen asleep in it multiple times!?!?!

Style and comfort.

Handsome chair. We purchased this chair and ottoman a year and a half ago and loved it so much we decided to get another one. They are very comfortable for a small or large person.

Chair is beautiful; Delivery process: NIGHTMARE

First, chair is beautiful and just what my husband wanted. BUT...Delivery process was terrible--promised prior communication did not happen and it was hectic. Incorrect chair color was delivered.

Pretty but total junk. Waste of good leather!

I bought this chair a couple years ago but only recently started using it daily. It stopped being able to recline a few months ago and then started squeaking when I would sit down. Just now, I sat down and the whole chair came off its base. Very poorly made! Very expensive for such a piece of absolute junk. Just tried to upload photos but the site won’t allow it.

Beautiful, appears very well made - so far so good

I love this chair and ottoman. I was really worried with the mixed reviews, but I bought it anyway because it had every feature I was looking for. The base is substantial and heavy. It's not crooked or unlevel. The top-grain leather is gorgeous, and it's very comfortable. The headrest is plenty tall enough (and my husband is 6'-3"). I'll watch for the black goo and deal with that if it happens. I opted NOT to get the extended warranty from Macy's. The manufacture warranty is 2 years on the leather (not wear and tear), 2 years on the cushion, and 5 years on the frame. I'll cross my fingers and take my chances on that.
