Plan on doing a return.

I expected better. The only nice thing about this. Chair is the fabric. The swivel mechanism is a joke, it rubs against the bottom of the chair so it does not glide the way it should. This is a cheaply made chair that is way overpriced.

Love this chair. Very happy with my purchase!

I love this chair. The size is a little smaller, but so am I, so it's perfect. The fabric is neutral, which I wanted. Very comfortable and well made. The delivery was fantastic! I have ordered furniture from Macy's previously and had a similar experience with your white glove delivery. I was notified the day before of the time frame. The driver called when they were close. Very professional.
