Worry No More is a SCAM!

Do not fall into the worry no more trap. They replaced this couch with a "reselection" that is a cheaper quality version of this couch then "completed" their warranty of the protection plan. Meaning no you don't get to open 3 claims. It's straight up fraud disguised as a protection plan, DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS. P.S. couch is great, worry no more and Macy's are both scummy companies, steer clear.

Ashlinn 81 Inch Tufted Sky Blue Sofa

Love it! Sofa color is a little more of a grayish pastel blue, not a bright pastel blue. The quality appears to be very good. White Glove Delivery men were outstanding, very courteous and professional. Customer service has been amazing. Great job Macy's. I will not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Love This Sofa

I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't see this sofa in person before I bought it. Fortunately, I reached Paul in the Ft. Lauderdale store. He had seen it in person. He answered all my questions about the colors and comfort. Best purchase I've made in a long time. The yellow is not in your face. It's more neutral with a faint yellowish undertone. It's firm enough to give my back the support it needs, and, most important, it passed the nap test.

Disappointed, snagged material , lightweight , easy to return but did not have like size.

Cushions

Don’t buy this couch for the firm cushions. Within 3 days the spot I was sitting on most created a divot. I called macys and they sent a tech out and he basically said “it happens”. I bought this couch specially for the firmness that the floor model fooled me with. It’s a beautiful couch, but it’s already hurting my back.
