You get what you pay for

I mean, you get what you pay for. I recently purchased this for a family trip as i needed a BIG bag that wouldnt be "oversized." The other 4 bags we took were Travelpro and the difference in quality was obvious. This bag would NOT roll in a straight line, it was almost comical trying to maneuver it through the airport. It did the job in that it got my stuff where it needed to go- but i dont see myself using it often.

Quality subpar. Customer Service is a JOKE

Absolutely disappointed with this company. We just moved to Japan and this bag didn't stand the ordinary wear and tear. I have a luggage that's 10 years old and didn't suffer any holes from airlines handling. Yet, this bag was brand new and already had a hole in it.The Atlantic and TravelPro Customer Service is a joke.

Very Cheap

Handle broke on the first use and wheels do not roll smoothly. I had difficulty pushing the luggage. Only used it once.

This did not meet expectations.

No matter how I packed this suitcase it fell forward whenever I wasn't holding on to it.

Retractable handle cracked on 1st trip

The plastic portion of the retractable handle broke within 1 short flight! Very disappointed. The overall bag itself looked good but was not expecting that to happen so quickly!
