Love this sofa!

Macy’s has the best quality furniture at wonderful prices. My husband has a bad back & this sofa gives him great support. It is a beautiful sofa & the fabric is so, so, soft. We are so happy with our purchase & love the cream color!

5 Stars isn't enough!! 10+!!

Been furnishing my new house. Silly me for not buying everything from Macys. Purchased other sofa and love seat from a decorator store 3x's as much$ and waited 2x's as long for the other stuff. No t as comfortable as this sofa, The companion chairs are a great value wonderful quality, and super supportive. The set is going in my front living room. Amazing quality for any price. I had had it in my cart for a few months, couldn't quite decide w/o seeing in person. Then the Memorial Weekend sales hit and I just said why not? Blown away! Macy's furniture and mattresses had always been my go to. This sofa and companion chairs homerun, so beautiful in Oyster, love the fabric, great style, well made and white glove delivery gentlemen were above and beyond professional lovely experience all around. No more designer furniture stores. This has been my second furniture purchase from Macys for a sofa, and I won't but a mattress anywhere else.

Love!!!

I love my sofa, chairs and ottoman. They are roomy but not oversize so it takes up a huge portion of my room. I love the clean lines, soft feel of microfiber and glad I didn’t go with leather bc cold/sticky and dog scratching it. The tufted yet minimal design on pillows can please a person looking for style as well as a minimalist. I love the cushions are attached so the couch always looks neat. Comfortably firm which is what I wanted bc if it’s too soft it’ll be like mush in a year. The price is awesome compared to all the other junk that’s so expensive out there. I wanted Vienna cream but having a pet and company a lot, I went with taupe and it’s beautiful color that gives peace of mind. My sales person Patrick deserves a shout out as I went in so many times before finally finding the quality, style, size and fabric I was looking for.

Very, very firm...otherwise, just as it is described and appears, none of the cushions come off/flip (I didn't realize that), seems very sturdy, I'm hoping it will soften up some with time making it more comfortable...overall, I am satisfied with the sofa
