Love this modern sofa
We looked everywhere for a comfortable sofa to buy for our living room. And as soon as we saw this sofa in the Macy's showroom, we knew that this was it. It's a beautiful, comfortable sofa that has a clean, modern look. It looks way more expensive than it costs. Two years later, we still love our sofa as much as the first day. In fact, we love it so much, we wanted to come back and purchase the sectional version from this collection, but can't seem to find it anymore. Very sad...
So disappointed. Poor quality fabric.
We bought both the 103" and 89" Bangor sofas. They "look" great but the fabric snagged within the first month with extremely light use. The fabric picks up every little piece of lint and I suspect will start pilling within a year. The cushions also don't hold their shape and look sloppy. The cushions also have a plastic sound to them because the insides are encased in plastic to keep the feathers from poking through. I think these would be great sofas if the fabric was of higher quality.

Awful material
I loved the look of this couch and it was so comfortable in the beginning but after a few weeks we realized it was the kind of couch that is not to be used. It snags everyday and everything sticks to it. The feathers also stick out and poke you. I’ve called Macy’s and they tell me nothing can be done even though I have the protection plan. This is the worst purchase I have ever made and we are already looking for a new couch.

Does this sofa have legs in the middle as well or just legs in the four corners ? Im a big tall guy . Will this sofa be comfortable? Thank you
Not Worth the Money
We spent numerous occasions going to Macys and looking at couches. After all, its a big purchase and something we hope would last us at least five years. Within two months of owning the couch it looks like we own cats. We don't. There on snags on not one but both the couches we purchased. Extremely disappointed. The fabric attracts everything making it look dirty and creating little balls of lint. Things you don't see in the poor lighting in the store. We've called customer service because we want to exchange it since it didn't just happen to one of the couches but both. Buy this couch if you don't have plans to sit in it and only look at it.
NOT a good couch
I loved it in the showroom and looked at it multiple times scouring reviews before purchasing. But now that it's in my home I hate it! The saleswoman told me it would be great for dogs. The fabric is like VELCRO! Every fiber sticks to it and engrains into the fiber of the couch so that neither my pet vacuum or lint roller pick up the dog hair. Another HUGE fault in this fabric is that is SNAGGED within the first week with gentle use. At 3 months it has 2 substantial snags!!! I purchased the additional warranty but when I contacted them about the snags they were "unable to do anything about it" Also, the cushions do not hold their shape. We have had it for about 3 months. Not a cheap couch, and definitely not worth the money.

So Comfortable
We’ve only had the sofa for a week now, but love the clean lines and comfy seat and back cushions. I immediately tossed the included throw pillows, replacing with ones that complement the colors in our room. That seems wasteful, but there isn’t an option to omit them. The extra long length makes ithe sofa so cozy to lounge on with our 2 dogs. The wide flat arms are perfect for balancing my laptop. We have the sofa in stone, which is just slightly taupe rather than gray. The pale color is similar to our carpet, so the sofa doesn’t overwhelm the room. Very happy with our purchase from Macy’s.
