Runner

The customer service is fantastic! The rug is nice and is as advertised , but it has been a several weeks and the runner is still not flat. Hopefully over time it will flatten more.

Maybe another kind would be better

I could not get this to work well in my space, so I have to return it. For one thing, it is too long. Another, I could not to get it to stay flat.

Okay quality but it works

Even after a month of trying to flatten, it's still a bit lumpy. And even with the rug pad still moves a bit. But overall okay for our hallway.

Blue color gives a sense of peace

This is the second time I’ve ordered this rug style from Rugs.com. I originally had it in black and gray, but this time I went with the blue—and I’m so glad I did. After months of puppy-sitting for my kids (and dealing with a few "exhibits" from our elderly dog), the room was ready for a refresh. Once the pups went back home and we said a loving goodbye to our Scooter-Bug as he crossed the rainbow bridge, it just felt like time for something new. The blue version brightens the whole room—and honestly, it’s been brightening our moods too.

Perfect hall runner

Looks great in our hallway, I love that it comes in lots of different sizes. I put a pad underneath to give it extra cushion. It's soft and durable and looks well made.
