Too soft

This was listed as firm it is very soft . I questioned why sales Rep from Macys & manager said zI should buy a more expensive on THINK UPSELL. I wouldn't deal with them again.

we like it

It is firm! Does take time to adjust. We were sore for a little but I can tell the mattress is getting broke in & adjusting to our bodies. I’m enjoying it.

Just in Time

I bought this bed and haven't had a good or queen size bed in years...it came just in time as I got strep throat 3 days after it arrived. I was so comfortable in bed even though I was so sick! I love the bed as well as the service I always get from Macy's Home Furniture!
